After 20 years of teaching private voice, directing choirs, and working as a high school music teacher and church music director, Martha Howard has relocated from California to Cherry Hill, NJ and is now accepting students age ten to adult in her private voice studio.
Martha's teaching is based in the Italian bel canto tradition, which emphases purity and evenness of tone. It is her highest priority to instill in her students a healthy foundation and a solid understanding of proper singing that can lead to success in any style a student wishes to sing.
Lessons are taught in Martha's home studio in Cherry Hill, where she uses a computer system based around Apple Studio Logic software and other state-of-art equipment to assist in her teaching.
