Billing Information
Lessons are $25.00 each and are billed monthly at the beginning of each month. Invoices are given at or near the 15th of each month for the next month's lessons. Payment for the month's lessons is due at the first scheduled lesson of each month. Payment may be made in the form of cash or check. There is a charge of $10.00 for all returned checks. Please make checks payable to Martha Howard.
Attendance
As a courtesy, please notify the instructor in advance of any absences. Lessons may be rescheduled with a 24 hour cancellation notice. If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson and does not notify the instructor within 24 hours prior, that lesson is charged as scheduled and may not be made up. If a student arrives late to a lesson, the missed time may not be made up. Students should be picked up promptly after the lesson is finished. From time to time it may be necessary for the instructor to reschedule a student's lesson. In that case, a mutually agreed upon alternative lesson time will be set.
